2nd Place in Senior Open Hip Hop! It was amazing!
The standard of the competition was unbelievable and Charlie was named
International Dance Coach of the Year by the USASF!!!!!!!!!
You could really see how the Dark Angels influenced the teams and how they
choreographed their routines for 2009. There was such an atmosphere of
respect in the arena for what they do.

National idance hip-hop championships
8 shadow dancers travelled to Watford on 1st march to compete in
the national idance hip-hop championships, their ages ranged from 10 to 17.
They danced in the varsity category which was a real challenge as most of
the other dancers were a lot older. They were up against 16 teams and came
first place to become national hip hop champions. it was a very proud day
for us all.
ACDA Dance Team Information:
Dance routines are a maximum of 2:15 Min long- Urban Angels are a Youth/Junior Hip Hop Dance team for Dancers with some previous dance experience. Urban Angels work on precision technique, rhythm and dancing as a group along with performance development. (Performance Costume TBD)
- Sarafin Angels are a Junior Hip Hop Dance Team for Dancers with previous Hip Hop experience and fine-tuned skills. This team is for dancers with confidence and performance presence. (Performance Costume TBD)
- Beginner 1 Hip Hop are about to get a new name! This class is for Youth and Junior aged dancers that are still developing their Hip Hop Skills. This class meets on Tuesdays from 5:15-6:15 and is open to new members. Advancing dancers will be invited to move onto other teams throughout the season.
- Beginner 2 Hip Hop are about to get a new name! This class is for young people and adults that are developing their Hip Hop Skills. This class meets on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:15 and is open to new members. Advancing dancers will be invited to move onto other teams throughout the season.
- Beginner 3 Hip Hop are about to get a new name! This class is for young people and adults with previous dance experience looking to fine-tune their Hip Hop Skills. This class meets on Tuesdays from 6:15-7:15 and is open to new members. Advancing dancers will be invited to move onto other teams throughout the season. (Performance Costume TBD)
- Shadow Angels are a Senior Hip Hop team for highly skilled dancers aged 15-18 years old. Shadows have a unique and demanding hip hop style and members may have to audition to join. Shadows compete at a variety of events throughout the season. (Performance Costume TBD)
- Dark Angels are an Open Senior Hip Hop Team for elite dancers and are the current IASF International Hip Hop World Champions. Dark Angels is a Try-Out team and members must audition to join. Dark Angels perform in a variety of competitions within the dance industry every year.
