ACDA Cheer Team Information:
- The fundamental skills
in cheerleading are Dance, Stunts, Tosses, Tumbling and Jumps.
- Cheerleading routines
are 2:30 min long and must incorporate all of the skills listed
above.
- Cheerleading is a sport
requiring confidence, strength, flexibility and teamwork. Every
Team Member Counts!
- ACDA Cheer Teams
(Cherubs, Tabris, Force) will wear Black Cheer Shorts, ACDA
T-Shirt, White Trainers, and ACDA PowerBow when competing. Full
cheer kits may be worn at Future Cheer Nationals in July 2009.

- Cherubs
are a Youth Level 1 team for kids under the age of 11 new to
cheerleading. Cherubs work on timing, technique and low level
stunts and tumbling.
- Tabris
are a Junior Level 3 team for athletes aged 12-15. This is a team
requiring skill and precision as it involves strength, flexibility,
teamwork and confidence.
- Force
are an Open Senior Team for athletes aged 16 and older. Force
works on Level 5 stunt skills and focuses on strength,
flexibility and performance.
